AERIAL DANCE I

If you’ve always aspired to be a dancer but don’t know where to begin, this class is the perfect place to make that dream a reality. The class will commence with a warm-up designed to improve your flexibility, build your strength and prepare you for aerial dance. We’ll delve into the basics of spin techniques and inversion poses to get you started. Additionally, you’ll learn the art of seamless pose transitions and the trick to regulate spin velocity.  Prerequisite: none
