MEMBERSHIP
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Validity & Usage

Classes are valid strictly from Monday to Friday.

Classes are not valid on weekends and cannot be used outside the permitted validity window.
2. Billing & Renewal
-
Membership operates on a recurring monthly cycle.
-
Fees are automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
-
Failure of payment may result in suspension of membership and/or class access.
3. Class Usage
-
Classes are valid for eligible Reformer Group Classes only.
-
Classes have no cash value and are non-transferable and non-shareable.
-
All classes must be used within the billing cycle and will expire thereafter.
4. Start Date Selection:

At the time of purchase, participants are required to select a start date for their plan. This allows for flexibility based on individual preferences and schedules. The selected start date marks the commencement of the plan's validity period.
5. Freeze Privilege
-
Members may freeze their membership once per calendar year for up to 4 weeks.

Freeze requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to approval.
-
Classes will be paused during the approved freeze period.
6. Guest Pass Privilege
-
Members are entitled to guest pass(es) per billing cycle.
-
Guest must be a first-time client to DAYR Studio.
-
Guest passes are valid for eligible weekday classes only.
-
Guest passes must be used within the same billing cycle and are non-rollover.
-
Guest passes cannot be accumulated, transferred, or exchanged.
7. Bookings & Cancellations

Standard studio booking and cancellation policies apply.
-
Late cancellations and no-shows will result in class forfeiture.
8. Plan Adjustment
-
Membership upgrades or downgrades will take effect from the next billing cycle.
Mid-cycle adjustments are not permitted
9. Suspension & Termination
DAYR Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships in cases of:

Class misuse
-
Unauthorised sharing or transfers
-
Disruptive behaviour
-
Payment failure
10. Refund Policy
-
All membership fees and unused classes are strictly non-refundable.
11. Minimum Commitment & Cancellation Policy
The Weekday Membership requires a minimum commitment of two (2) consecutive billing cycles.

Membership cannot be cancelled during the minimum commitment period
-
Cancellation requests submitted during the commitment period will take effect after completion of the second billing cycle
-
A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required prior to the next billing date
-
No mid-cycle cancellations or refunds are permitted
-
Failure to submit a cancellation request before renewal may result in the next billing cycle being charged.
