We endeavour to provide all clients with a rewarding experience. In order to do so, we encourage you to come in comfortable and form-fitting activewear which allows our instructors to monitor your body alignment.
If you're attending Pilates including reformer group classes, grip socks must be worn for safety and hygiene purposes. You will be denied entry if no socks are worn. If you've left your socks at home or don't have any, fret not! They can be purchased at our studio.
Have a light meal before class — avoid coming in with an empty stomach to ensure that you have sufficient energy to workout. Do also let your food digest for at least 2 hours after a heavy meal so you'll won't feel uncomfortable during the practice.
Be on time — arrive at least 15 mins before class to allow yourself ample time to check in, get changed if needed and settle in. Note that we will not allow entry into class once the class has commenced.
Check in — please check in with our friendly receptionist when you arrive at the studio and let them know what class you'll be attending.
Relax and unplug — ensure that your phones are on silent mode before placing them into lockers or bringing them into class.
Bringing kids along? — clients are allowed to bring their kids or those in their care along but please ensure that they stay in the rest area and do not disturb others. Note that they will not be permitted to enter the class due to safety reasons.
Leaving the room — it's not uncommon to experience dizziness, fatigue or discomfort during your first class. If you must leave the room, please do so quietly. Drink some water to stay hydrated and and recuperate in our rest area. You can rejoin the class once you feel better.
Stay till the end — please plan to stay for the entire class. If you have to leave early, do make sure to inform your instructor prior to the commencement of the class.
Sanitise your area — we'd appreciate if you can help us wipe down all equipments used with the disinfectant wipes provided to prepare the room for the next class. If props are being used in class, please return them to their original locations.
Lockers are provided at our studio to keep your belongings secure while you work hard in class. Please make full use of them and avoid bringing your personal items into class as they can pose a safety hazard.
Our studio come equipped with toilets and changing rooms so you can get changed before resuming your routine for the day.
We have a water dispenser to keep you hydrated so remember to bring along your bottle and have them refilled at any time.
Anti-slip rubber mats are prepared so you can travel light.
